To achieve this mission efficiently and effectively we need to ultimately amass a large deterrent fund of ideally some $200 million, contributed by millions of Australians and from anyone else for that matter worldwide.
The reason this service has been created is because IPS considers this to be an essential service that unfortunately does not exist anywhere in business or in government.
